For the past 12 years, I have been working with my son and daughter-in-law helping them with their photography business. During that time I found myself having more and more fun shooting weddings, family portraits, senior pictures, etc... With their business moving to another state, I found myself missing the excitement and joy photography brought to my life. Now I have my studio and am excited to bring to Lyons, CO an opportunity for families to come and allow me to capture moments of joy that will be forever a part of their lives.

What is Lyons portrait studio
Lyons Portrait Studio is my garage. Now if that does not sound like an amazing place to bring your family, then I don't know what to tell you!
Seriously, my garage is my studio, but when you walk in, you enter a world of 'pure imagination'. Okay, I stole that from Willy Wonka, but when you enter the studio, it is wall to wall scenes. During Christmas, I have a fun bedroom scene where the kids (Mom & Dad too) can wear pajamas 'while visions of sugar plums dance in their heads' (oops, I did it again!), and a fireplace scene, dare I say with stockings that were hung by the chimney with care, and even a beautiful Christmas tree lot full of evergreen trees covered in snow. What about Mothers's Day, Valentines, Easter, and really ANY time of the year you ask. Well, that is the wonderful thing about a studio. I have scenes for all occasions and events! And if that is not enough, I can walk outside my door and take beautiful pictures using the natural beauty of Lyons!
WHAT IS LYONS PORTRAIT STUDIO?
Lyons Portrait Studio is a dream brought to life. Though the studio itself may be small, stepping inside opens the door to endless worlds—perhaps the cozy living room of an old Victorian home, a whimsical hot chocolate stand, floating through space, or wandering a lush flower garden.
I invite you to join me on a creative adventure where imaginations run free and children can ride ponies, fly airplanes, and become the heroes of their own stories. My passion is capturing these moments and transforming them into timeless artwork—perfect for canvas wraps, metal prints, or any display style you choose.
